House Majority Forward Launches New TV Ad Detailing MAGA Extremists’ Default Threats

“MAGA Republicans are so extreme, they’re ready to let America default.”

Washington, D.C. – House Majority Forward is releasing a new ad titled ‘Sink’ to begin running Wednesday. The ad highlights Speaker McCarthy’s MAGA-Republican demands to wildly slash things America cares about – including education, clean air and water, and cancer research.

“Speaker McCarthy and MAGA Republicans are so extreme, they are ready to drive middle-class costs up so they can slash education, clean air and water, and even cancer research,” said House Majority Forward Executive Director Abby Curran Horrell. “Americans don’t negotiate with hostage takers, and they must make their voices loud and clear to Speaker McCarthy – defaulting on America is not an option.”
