House Majority Forward Announces New Ad On Medicaid Cuts

Washington, D.C. – House Majority Forward is announcing a new television ad to run Monday on national cable, detailing how Republicans opened the door to threaten over 70 million Americans and urging constituents to call on their Member of Congress to oppose Medicaid cuts. Next week, HMF will roll out similar ads in over 20 congressional districts across the country. 

Medicaid provides life-saving care for over 70 million Americans, and a clear majority of voters—including Trump voters—oppose cuts to the program. 

“This week, Republicans betrayed the American people—breaking their promise and paving the way to strip millions of men, women, and children of their health insurance,” said HMF President Mike Smith. “Today’s ad is just the beginning, and we will make sure every American knows exactly who is responsible.”
