House Majority PAC Goes Up In FL-02 Against Southerland

October 24, 2012

Washington, D.C. – House Majority PAC announced today that it would begin running a spot in Florida’s Second District aimed at Republican Steve Southerland’s out of touch values.

The spot, entitled “About Values,” begins airing today and will run for a week in both Panama City and Tallahassee as part of a $275,000 buy.

“About Values” can be viewed here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwJw6Tp7usw.

“Steve Southerland is out of touch with North Florida,” said Alixandria Lapp, Executive Director of House Majority PAC. “After all, Southerland wants to ‘dismantle’ the Department of Education, cutting Florida education funding and putting the dream of a college education out of reach for many young Floridians, at the same time as he voted to gut Medicare, forcing seniors to pay thousands more, all to give the wealthy another tax cut.”
