HMP Launches New TV Ad Spotlighting Young’s Record Of Jeopardizing Social Security

Washington, DC – Today, House Majority PAC launched a new TV ad in IA-03 showcasing David Young’s support for the toxic tax plan that paves the way for massive cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
Young took nearly $2 million from the wealthy and corporate interests and voted for a tax plan, which raises taxes on hardworking families while giving massive tax breaks to the ultra-rich.
“Sausage” begins running on broadcast today in the Des Moines media market with a buy of $354,000.
“David Young has gone to Washington and sold out hardworking families,” said House Majority PAC Press Secretary Hannah Blatt. “Young gave tax cuts to the ultra-rich – putting critical programs that seniors have earned and depend on at risk. It’s clear David Young isn’t looking out for hardworking Iowans.”
